Account Setup
Step #1: Sign Up for Service
To initiate the ordering process, follow the steps listed
below.
Complete the order form
Please print and complete the order form for the
Communications
Package OR Web Presence Package (PDF) and/or the
Dedicated Request for Quote (PDF).

Prepare a method of payment
Prepare a Purchase Order or a Letter of Commitment to cover the cost of
the service you've selected. To assist you, here is a
Sample Purchase Order (PDF) and a
Sample Letter of Commitment (PDF).
The first year cost for the Communications Package is $56.25
per month ($675/year). The Web Presence Package is only $62.50
per month ($750/year). Both packages have a one time setup fee of
$300.
The Michigan Townships Online contract is renewable for a
one-year term each October 1. Service initiated before
October 1 will be billed on a prorated basis.
Quotes for Dedicated Service will be provided by the
Not-for-Profit Support Team.
